Application and Consumer Protection
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are applicable to the purchase agreement that you as a consumer conclude with TW Consulting in Solna AB, organization number 556711-6685, hereinafter referred to as "Hockeygear". To safeguard your interests as a customer, the regulations in the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005:59) and the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are applied to all purchases on www.hockeygear.se.

Prices and Fees
The prices stated on www.hockeygear.se are stated including value added tax (VAT). Cost of shipping is specified at checkout. The cost of returns and unclaimed packages is paid by the customer.
Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond Hockeygear's reasonable control, for example in the event of a change in legislation, authority measures, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, Hockeygear's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be postponed as long as the circumstance prevails . If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and Hockeygear have the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
Price and Product information
In the event of any inaccuracies in stock status or price, Hockeygear reserves the right to cancel the purchase agreement. If the product is discontinued or for some other reason not available, Hockeygear is not obliged to provide the product but can suggest an alternative product. All image information should be viewed as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and condition of the item.
