Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

  1. I'm missing an order confirmation? Check the spam in your email.
  2. When will my delivery arrive? Check if you received an email from us with a tracking link. Otherwise, start a chat with our team and we will help you track the package.
  3. How do I return an item? Fill in the return form and pack the item in a suitable box (preferably the box it came in) and attach the return form. Stick the return address label on the carton and hand it in to the nearest DHL service point. You can also return the item by handing it in to our store in Solna. ATTENTION! The item must be in new condition with all tags, labels and packaging intact.
  4. When is the refund of returns? When we have received your return and checked the item, we will refund the full amount you paid minus the return cost (if you did not hand it in to the store in Solna in person) of SEK 99. Refunds can take up to 1 week from when we receive the return.
  5. What do I do if I want to exchange an item? Place a new order for the item you want to exchange for and return the incorrect one according to point 3 above. We will then refund the returned item according to point 4. It is also fine to come into the store in Solna and we will help you exchange the item.
  6. Does personal testing cost anything? No, it's free. Make an appointment if you intend to shop, but of course there is no compulsion.
  7. Can you buy skates, Sticks and Goalie equipment without personal testing? Yes, we will help you as usual during other opening hours, but the time we have for you may be limited.
  8. Can I buy anything other than skates, Sticks or Goalie equipment when I book an appointment for a personal tryout? Yes, you can use the 45 minutes that you get personal help for whatever you want.
  9. If there is more than one of us who needs help with personal search, can we use the same time? Yes, we can help 2 at the same time, but if there are more of you, you are welcome to book more appointments.
  10. We have a long way to go and need help with sanding while we wait. Does it work? Yes, explain to us and we will try to solve it. Normal grinding is usually ok. We cannot promise to arrange profile grinding immediately, but usually within 1 hour.
  11. When is the best chance to get help with grinding right away? Do not come right at opening or just before closing. Then it is usually the most customers. Please come on weekdays between 13-16.
  12. Why is it more expensive to sharpen skates bought elsewhere? New skates take a long time to sharpen and put a lot of wear and tear on our machines. When you buy the skates from us, we discount the sharpening, but not if they are bought elsewhere.
  13. Do you accept PRAO? Yes, we take in PRAOs but only one at a time. A prerequisite is that you come in and introduce yourself in person and leave your details and we will get back to you when we have checked our schedule.
