Membership conditions Hockeygear customer Stick

GENERALLY

You accept these conditions when you become a member of Hockeygear's customer Stick, which is offered by TW Consulting in Solna AB org. No. 556711-6685, Växlarevägen 27, 17063 Solna. The terms only apply to our customer Stick. For purchase, payment and delivery, other conditions apply which can be found on our website, www.hockeygear.se. There are regulations on, for example, returns and right of withdrawal.

MEMBERSHIP AND REGISTRATION

To become a member of our customer Stick, you must be 18 years old. Only private individuals can apply for membership in the customer Stick. Membership is personal or per family and cannot be transferred.

Your membership entitles you to several benefits:

• Bonus on your purchases in the store*
• Exclusive offers
• Access to member prices
• Early access to the sale.

You register your membership by entering your first name, last name, e-mail address, mobile number when shopping in the store.

Membership is free and card-free. You just enter your phone number or your email address every time you shop in the store to register your purchases.

*purchases in our webshop are not eligible for Bonus.

BONUS TERMS

• You get a 5% Bonus on all purchases in the store (not web), also at REA.
• Payment of Bonus takes place 4 times per year (January, April, July, October).
• The validity period of the Bonus is 3 months.
• Minimum total purchase amount during a 3-month period to receive Bonus is SEK 1,000. If this is not achieved, the purchase amount is carried over to the next bonus period.
• Maximum bonus payout is SEK 1,000.
• We always email your earned Bonus.
• The entire Bonus must be used at one and the same time.
• Purchases of gift cards and credit cards also give a bonus, however, purchases where payment is made with gift cards and credit cards are not bonus-based.
• Bonus is not refunded upon return and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
• You can unregister from our customer Stick at any time or renounce our permission to send email and/or SMS.
• If you do not shop for 24 months, we will automatically delete your account.

NEWSLETTER

As a member of our customer Stick, you also receive our newsletters with offers, information about new products and activities, etc

You can unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time via the link at the bottom of each newsletter or by contacting Hockeygear via email: info@hockeygear.se or telephone 08-12074545.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership is valid indefinitely and can be terminated at any time by either party. Your membership will end no later than 30 days after we receive your notice of termination.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for losses or damages due to technical errors, impaired functions or other similar errors related to the customer Stick.
